This vase has been produced using a slip casting method. The piece is fired 3 times before being completed, firstly to 1000 degrees, then painted with a black underglaze wash then fired to 1050 degrees, the final firing to 1240 degrees happens after the vase has been painted with one coat of black underglaze and 3 coats of green underglaze and aged using a technique that I have developed. After this process is finished I then glaze the vessel internally and externally in two different glazes.

These vessels are decorative only and not food safe.

If you purchase more than one item and if the postage is less than the stated amount per item, you will be reimbursed the difference after postage.
